Soldier's Reunion

Greenwood Wis,  June 10th, 1892.

At the meeting of the Clark County Veteran Association held this day, the following proceedings were hads. Meeting called to order by President Jos. Gibson, Louis J. Glass was upon motion appointed temporary Secretary. The village of Thorp and Loyal were placed in nomination as the place for holding the next reunion. Remarks were made by Comrades Ludington, Tolferd, Brown, Hogue, Phillpot and others. The village of Loyal was withdrawn from nomination and Thorp was then selected by acclamation as the next meeting place of the association. The following were then elected as officers for the ensuing year. S. S. Warner --- President. B. J. Brown --- Vice President. H. J Fessenden --- Secretary. Z, Worden --- Treasurer. Moved and carried that the next reunion be held in the month of June and that the officers of the Association fix the date in the said month for holding the same. The limits of the association were upon motion extended to embrace Marshfield. Moved and carried that the association rules be amended so as to provide for a Vice President from each town in the association limits. There being no further business, meeting adjourned.
