Presenting Colors at The Highground
The Neillsville Color Guard and Loyal Legion Post 175 presented colors during The Highground’s Memorial Day Celebration, held Monday, May 31, 2010. Vietnam veteran and original Highground Board of Directors member Ted Fetting spoke at the celebration about remembering why veterans served and continue to serve.
