PASTOR'S STATEMENT FOR 75 YEARS

The people of the St. John's United Church of Christ have something in common with the Psalmist in PPsalm 121:1-2:  "I will lift up my eyes unto the hills: from whence does my help come?  My help comes from the Lord who made heave and earth."

For these 75 years, they have not only lifted up their eyes, but also their hands and feet to the task of the Kingdom.  The lighted cross on the church is their symbol for worship and faith.  Individuals and families have made their way together, supporting each other as they have journeyed upward.  Otas M. Botts, Pastor.

Though never a large church in numbers, St. John's has had termendous influence in the lives of its people in its 75 years history. The Northwest Wisconsin Association UCC offers its gratitude for your fellowship, its thanks for your accomplishments, and its best wishes and prayers for your future ministry. James M. Saviders, Minister

Anniversaries are time for rejoicing and renewed commitment. We rejoice in the foundation laid by our forebeareers and we need to build worthily on those foundations. The future is in your good hands. Congratulations. Roy Deming
