This was the George and Theresa Schaller home which was Ruth Beilke's grandparents home.  Pictured are Elsie Schaller (on the right behind the dog) and sister Martha (on the left).  Elsie married Harry Beilke and Martha married Albert Schlinsog. Elsie and Harry lived here after marrying and Theresa lived with them.  My mom tells the story that her grandma Theresa lived with them and went up to the attic with a lantern to look for material and accidently  started a fire. They had just put new linoleum into the kitchen and mom said her mother ripped up the linoleum in order to save it as their house was burning.  I think they lost most of their belongings  including pictures.  This is probably they oldest photo mom has  from their family.  The house burned in 1932 when my mom was 10
