Granton Rotary
 Raises Funds
for
Granton Community Child Care Center

Bobrofsky, Erickson and Chadwick

The Granton Rotary held a Schwan’s Food Fundraiser Oct. 12 to support the new Granton Community Child Care Center.  Also participating in this event was the Clark County Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. The new childcare center can use more items, such as glider/rockers and heating cabinets to help them give the best care possible to the children. Granton Rotary, with the help of both the Schwan’s Company of Marshfield and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, was able to make a donation to the center.  (Above) Tom Bobrofsky (left) and Ernie Erickson (right) of Thrivent Financial present their supplemental funding check to James ‘Chip’ Chadwick (center), Granton Rotary President.  (Pictured below) Chip Chadwick (left) and Granton Rotary Treasurer Ronald Webster (right) present a check to Annette Woller (second from left) and Arnie Snook (second from right) of the Granton School.  Woller is a teacher at the school and Snook is the Superintendent of Schools.  Ladonna Nickel, child care manager, was unable to attend.  (Contributed photos)
