The names mentioned in the various columns of WEST BEAVER news suggest to me
that this cheese factory would be the one in Section 8 just across the road east
of the LaTart School. I am interested to know whether the Mathias name is
connected to H. J. Mathias who was at the Longwood Cheese factory. Please
respond if you have any additional information.
