Property: Lombard Cheese Factory (1951-1959)

Hello,

I would like to add a bit of information about Lombard Dairy. The owner is listed as J N Biser. He was my father and his first name was James. He owned and operated Lombard Dairy from Jan 1951 to Dec 1959. The factory was located 3 miles east of Thorp, on old highway 29, not 7 miles northeast as noted. (Lombard was still on the map in the 60s and 70s, and the factory still stands but is in bad condition)

Also please note that J N Biser did not own or have any connection with Lone Oak Cheese factory

I will have to dig around but I believe I can find out who was there before us, who bought it and when it closed.
