Sunday, May 2, 1976 St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Curtiss, celebrated the formal dedication of its now parish hall, with former pastor, the Rev. O., K. Odland, now pastor of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Escanaba, Michigan, as the guest preacher and dedicator.

Pastor and Mrs. Odland also shared the noon dedica-celebration meal, prepared by the ALCW (American Lutheran Church Women) and served from the new kitchen facilities. The parish hall has a suspended ceiling with fluorescent lighting, which shines down thru rows of clear panels; oak side paneling, wall to wall carpeting, bronze-tint special heat reflecting thermopane window glass, and exterior finish to match the church sanctuary (white baked on acrylic on aluminum siding with redwood gable and trim.)
