Lulloff, Bernard ( 30 April 1896 - 10 November 1983)

OWEN - Bernard Lulloff, 87, Route 2, Owen, a widely known maple syrup producer, died Thursday morning at his home.

Services will be Monday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, North Green Grove. The Rev. Roland Rakow will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be at the Rux Funeral Home, Colby.

He was born April 30, 1896 in the Town of Green Grove, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Louis (Caroline Miller) Lulloff. He received his education at the Atwood School and served with the U.S. Army in 1918-1919. He farmed in the Town of Colby for a short time and since 1928 farmed in the Town of Hoard.

He married Martha Buss December 20, 1920 at Green Grove. They observed their golden wedding anniversary August 8, 1970. Mrs. Lulloff died March 25, 1973.

A member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and a past member of the Midway School Board, Mr. Lulloff is survived by five sons, Vernard, James and Robert, all of Owen, Arlyn of Arlington, Tennessee and Carmen of Germantown; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence (Darlene) Richards of Goodman and Mrs. Fred (Helen) Walz of New Port Richey, Florida; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a brother and two sisters.
