Searer, Lorean Marie (23 September 1983)

Miss Lorean Marie Searer and Dane Ernest Jensen were married September 23 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Dorchester.

Miss Theresa Mertens, Dorchester, was maid of honor while bridesmaids were Mrs. Catherine Reinhart and Miss Carla Edblom, both of Colby. Steven Witmer of Eau Claire was best man. David Searer, Colby, and Steven Clarkson, Dorchester, were groomsmen; Mark Jensen, Dorchester and Norman Searer Jr., Unity, ushers; Resa Searer was miniature bride; Norman Searer III, miniature bridegroom; Donna Schmidt, Curtiss, organist; and Cheryl Keller, Owen, and Wendy fust, Wausau, were vocalists.

The bride had a white lace gown and veil and an arrangement of pink and white roses with baby's breath. Her aides had light rose formals and fans on which were fastened roses and baby's breath.

The reception and dance were at The Sword in Colby. After a honeymoon in Michigan, the newlyweds will make Dorchester their home.
