Wargolet, Stanley and Martha (50th Anniversary - 1 October 1983)

The golden wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley (Martha) Wargolet of Route 1 Thorp was October 1. The Mass with renewal of vows was offered by the Rev. Casimir S. Paul of Lublin at St. Hedwig's Catholic Chapel, Thorp.

Members of the family participated in the Mass which was followed by dinner at the Quonset Hall. The Rev. John W. Puerner led the table prayer and family members presented a program after dinner, Dancing followed. Original wedding attendants present were Ed Osowski, Thorp, a brother of the bride, and Mrs. Mary Budrus Nafziger, Marshfield.

The Wargolets' four children are Mrs. Lloyd (Theresa) Vandoske of Milwaukee, Mrs. Del (Estelle) LeChevalier of Brookfield, Stanley Wargolet Jr. of Shorewood and Robert Wargolet of Milwaukee. There are nine grandchildren.
