Carmel M. Ellenbecker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Ellenbecker, Unity, a
freshman at the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, was part of a delegation
from her campus attending the recent Home Economics Club Congress in Chicago.
Representatives from Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa and Michigan attended
sessions devoted to the subject of communication in the field of home economics.
Speakers and panelists were from the major food processing firms and other
industries, plus universities.
