Cadet Alan M. Becker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur J. Becker of Route 2, Colby, has been named to the Commandant’s list for his outstanding military performance at the U.S. Air Force Academy.

Cadet Becker, a member of the class of 1977, will wear a silver wreath for his achievement.

The cadet, a 1973 graduate of Colby High School, will be commissioned a Second Lieutenant and awarded a B.S. Degree upon graduation from the academy.
