April K Woodward formerly of Rhinelander Wisconsin was called home to her eternal rest on Friday, July 15, 2022, at the Colonial Center in Colby Wisconsin.

April was born in Merrill Wisconsin to Winston and Shirley Woodward. She grew up in Rhinelander enjoying a carefree country life with her parents and four sisters. April was never married but enjoyed an especially close relationship with her mother, Shirley and family throughout her life.

April had a kind heart, a strong spirit and considered everyone she became acquainted with her personal friend. She was especially fond of animals. We, her family, know she is in a better place and is reunited with her favorite childhood pet, Teddy.

She is preceded in death by her parents Winston J Woodward and Shirley M Woodward who she missed dearly.

April is survived by her sisters, Carin, Diana, Shari, and Linda along with niece and nephews. Our family will miss her deeply.

A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 1:00 PM with Chaplain John Uhlarik officiating. Visitation will take place from 12:00 PM until the time of the service.
