Janicki, Diann Marie (30 May 1952 – 6 January 2023)

Diann Janicki, age 70, of Neillsville, died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Friday, January 6, 2023, at the Marshfield Medical Center in Neillsville.

Diann Marie Langreck was born on May 30, 1952, in Neillsville, the daughter of Harold and Rosalie (Hartung) Langreck. She grew up on a dairy farm in Neillsville and graduated from Neillsville High School.

Diann enjoyed fishing, art, coloring, gardening and attending her children's sporting events. She spent many hours on the high school bleachers to watch her children participate. She also enjoyed going to Illinois to spend time with her daughter and her family.

She is survived by her husband, Craig Janicki, three children, Alan (Alison) Janicki of Alma Center, Bridget (Bill) Haussmann of Schaumburg, IL, and Adam Janicki of Neillsville, eight grandchildren, Mercedes, Emily and Sydney Janicki, Mason and Lizzy Haussmann, Paxton and Molly Janicki. Diann is further survived by nine siblings, John (Shirley) Langreck, Donna York, and James Langreck all of Neillsville, Patrick (Vicki) Langreck of Marshfield, Dan (Brenda) Langreck, Dennis (Loriann) Langreck, Peter Langreck, Caroline Kosmosky and Roger (Brenda) Langreck all of Neillsville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Gerald "Red" Langreck, and her stepmother, Dorothy Langreck, a brother-in-law, Larry Kosmosky, and a niece, Katie Langreck

The family will be mourning her loss privately at this time. A Celebration of Life service for the public will be held at a later date.
