Mrs. Lawrence Neitzel, secretary of the Abbotsford chapter of Eastern Star 185, was honored by the Chapter at a Christmas party Tuesday evening at the Masonic Temple.

Other chapters represented were Medford and Loyal.

Also present were Shirley Zinsli, grand representative, and Keith Zinsli, worthy patron, both of Loyal; Lois Paulson, secretary, Medford, and Audrey Scheel, district deputy, Abbotsford.

The program included a history of Mrs. Neitzel’s 47 years as a star member, rolling out the purple carpet ceremony and crowning the honored member by worthy matron, Irma Coates.

Mrs. Neitzel also received a secretary pin.

Gifts were presented to the officers by Mrs. Coates. Irma and John Coates were also presented with gifts.

A potluck lunch was served.

Mrs. and Mrs. Harold Trimner will be hosts on January 6, 1976.
