Commencement exercises for 135 seniors at Colby High School will be held on
Thursday, May 29, 1975 at 8 p.m. in the high school gymnasium.
Rev. Keith Schoerlucke, United Methodist church, Colby, will give in invocation
and benediction.
The Colby High School band will play the processional and recessional.
The class son, “A Dream Goes on Forever,” will be sung by Louis Nowicki,
accompanied by Steve Weber on the guitar and Penny Hinke on the piano.
The senior high chorus, under the direction of Miss Dolores Beaudette, will sing
“In The, Lord” and “O Quam Gloriosum.”
Steve Subera, assistant principal will introduce the graduation speaker, Paul
Sommers, Director of Special Education, Wausau.
Linda Schultz will sing “The Way We Were,” accompanied by Weber and Hinke.
Edward Haas, Colby High School Principal, will give the class certification, and
Joseph Boettcher, District Administrator, will present the diplomas.
