Nancy was born in Milwaukee on April 17, 1938, to Lawrence and Ruth (Bell) Stolz. She married Michael Sanfelippo on June 3, 1967, at St. Robert’s Catholic Church in Shorewood. She graduated from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Zoology and held numerous positions in the medical field throughout her career. While her children were young, she was a stay-at-home mom and involved in many church and school activities including teaching religious education, working in the school library, and serving on the school board. She retired in 2003 and enjoyed traveling to see family, especially her trips to Texas to visit her two oldest grandchildren, Caroline and Lauren.

Nancy is survived by her children, Andrew Sanfelippo, Anne (Jeff) Hatton, and Allison Sanfelippo, and daughter-in-law, Kristi Sanfelippo. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, Caroline and Lauren Sanfelippo, and Brian, Kevin, and Mara Hatton. She is further survived by her sister Carol (Jerry) Johnson, brother Tony (Julie) Stolz, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her son Anthony.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Christ the King Catholic Church in Spencer, with Rev. Barry Saylor officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends at the church from 9:30 am until the time of the service. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Milwaukee, at a later date.
