Johnson, Brenda (5 December 1981)

Congratulations to Brenda Johnson and Bruce Traschel who were married Saturday at the Merrillan United Methodist Church. Brenda is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William (Jitters) Johnson, Merrillan, and Bruce is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Trachsel, Humbird.

Cindy Johnson served as her sister’s maid of honor with Sherry Matalas, Theresa Johnson and Holly Trachsel as bridesmaids. Boyd Trachsel was the bestman with Randy Johnson, Robin Trachsel and Scott Gearing serving as groomsmen. The miniature bride and groom were April Johnson and Jason Lahn. Bill Johnson and Jeff Sieg were the ushers. The soloists were Nelda Stuve and Darlene Trachsel.

A reception in the church basement followed the ceremony. The wedding dance was held at the American Legion Hall, Black River Falls. The couple will reside in Spooner where Bruce is employed.
