Mr. and Mrs. Otto Mielke announce the engagement of her daughter, Janice Jean Zettler, and the late Anthony Zettler, to David C. Fitzsimmons, Streator, Illinois.  Miss Zettler is a 1964 graduate of Colby High School, and was graduated from Madison Ara Technical College in 1969, majoring in commercial art.  She is employed at Manitowoc Engineering in the advertising department.

 

Fitzsimmons is a 1965 graduate of Streator Township High School, and was graduated from Southern Illinois University and UW-Stout.  He is employed as an instructor at Lakeshore Technical Institute, Cleveland, Wisconsin.

 

                  The couple is planning a summer 1975 wedding.

Zettler, Carol (16 Nov 1974)

St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Berlin, was the scene of the November 16, 1974 wedding of Carol Zettler and Greg Wildermuth, both of Berlin.

Parents of the couple are Mrs. Marjorie Zettler, Athens and Attorney and Mrs. Charles K. Wildermuth, Berlin.

Given in marriage by her brother, Gene Zettler, Athens, the bride chose a gown she styled and designed personally. She carried a bouquet of stephanotis and baby’s breath with streamers of ivy.

Jan Blanke, Elmhurst, Illinois, was the maid of honor. She also made her dress of floral crepe polyester, and carried white carnations with baby’s breath and streamers of ivy.

Lynn Ream, St. Paul, was chosen as the best man.

Seating guests were David Zettler, Athens, and Jim Haase, Berlin.

The guest book was attended by Lois Zettler, Athens.

Following the wedding a reception and dinner were held at Tuscmbra Country Club, Green Lake. The couple is living at Route 3, Berlin.
