Hoffman, Karen J. (30 Nov 1943 – 21 Apr 1974)

Services were held at Lulloff Funeral Home, Colby, at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, for Karen Joyce Hoffman, 30, Wausau, who died Sunday evening at the Chippewa Falls Northern Wisconsin Colony, bilateral brancho-pneumonia causing her death.

The Rev. Alfred Abrahamson of Wausau officiated at the service, and interment was made in Colby Memorial Cemetery.

Karen Hoffman was born November 30, 1943 at Decorah, Iowa, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hoffman.

Besides her parents, she is survived by a brother, David, Wausau; two sisters, Jean of Elkhorn and Carol of Richmond, Illinois, and her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Lida Hoffman of Marshfield.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Janet.
