Loyal-Library Gives Back to Supporter (2022)
The Loyal Public Library has had big supporters in Milt and the late Joan Knack for many years. The library has been using their trailer for their Corn Fest parade float for around 17 years. Recently the library partnered with a high school tech. ed. Class to refurbish the trailer, adding new boards sandblasting and painting the metal as well as rewiring the lightning. At the May 9 library board meeting, the trailer was returned to Milt. “Everyone was pleased with the results… We hope Milt gets many years of use of his trailer. Great job to the tech ed. class,” stated the library in a post on the library Facebook page.
