Petersen, Eva B. (23 August 1905 - 04 October 1983)

SPENCER -- Services for Mrs. Frank M. (Eva B.) Petersen, 78, of 206 Pacific St., Spencer, who died Tuesday st St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, will be Friday at the Hanson Funeral Home, Marshfield.

The Rev. Joe F.A. Everett II of Calvary Bible Church will officiate Mrs. Jack (Janet) Koopman will be soloist, and Mrs. Carol Snelling will be organist. Burial will be in Chelsea Community Cemetery, Chelsea. Relatives and friends will be pallbearers.

The former Eva B. Leischer was born August 23, 1905 in Knapp, Dunn County, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Rainard (Ida McCall) Leischer. She received her education in Knapp and Chelsea schools. As a young girl she moved with her parents to Chelsea.

She was married to Frank M. Petersen May 10, 1926 in Waukegan, Illinois. After their marriage they lived in Chelsea until 1950 when they moved to Spencer, where her husband worked for the Soo Line Railroad until his retirement.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Wayne Petersen of Spencer; a daughter, Mrs. Sam (Charlotte) Corbino of Lombard, Illinois; two grandchildren; and four sisters, Ms. Blanche Pettee, and Mrs. Ruth Rubin, both of Chicago, Mrs. Ethel Schmid of Marshfield and Mrs. Fern Bacigalupo of St. Paul, Minnesota.

She was predeceased by a son, a daughter and a brother.
