Noah, Cheryl L. (9 October 1979 – 8 June 2022)

Cheryl L. Noah, 42, of Eau Claire, formerly of Greenwood, passed away at Marshfield Medical Center on Wednesday, June 8, 2022.

Cheryl Lynn Noah was born on October 2, 1979, in Marshfield, to Allan F. and Brenda A. (Noeldner) Noah. She was raised and received her education in Greenwood Public Schools, graduating from Greenwood High School in 1998. While in high school, Cheryl worked during the summers at Nelson Muffler in Neillsville, and at the Greenwood IGA in Greenwood. After high school, she attended UW-Eau Claire for one year and then attended Chippewa Valley Technical College for two years, earning an Associates of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems. After college, Cheryl began working at Menards in Eau Claire, where she worked for 21 years until retiring as a department manager due to poor health. She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church.

Cheryl had many interests, but especially loved drinking wine with her friends, attending Packers and Brewers games, many with her sisters, and being favorite aunt to many nieces and nephews, crocheting blankets for them as well as many other children.

She will be dearly missed by her parents: Al and Brenda Noah of Greenwood; three siblings: Ann (Todd) Graski of Withee, Marcus (Jessica) Noah of Marshfield, and Kourtney Groshek (Bill Huebsch) of Weston; nieces and nephews: Ryan, Alyssa, Ben, Cassidy, Dan, Shyla, Sawyer, Gavin, Emma, Isabel, and Emily; many cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Herman and Lucille Noeldner; her paternal grandparents: Arthur and Annie Noah, and Joyce Bombach; her uncles: Donnie Noeldner, Nathan Noeldner, Richard Noah, Ronald Noah, Jim Noah and Donald Noah; and her aunt, Dorothy Huth.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 13, 2022, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Greenwood. Pastor Elizabeth Bier will officiate, and burial will follow in the Greenwood City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ed Noeldner, Gordon Noeldner, Randy Noeldner, Karl Noeldner, Todd Graski, Ben Graski, Bill Huebsch and Robbie Gatz. Visitation will be held at the church on Sunday, June 12, 2022, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., and again on Monday, at the church, from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.
