Robert completed the Bio Medical Electronics program, and was part of one of the largest graduating classes in the Institute’s history. This year, 1978, the Associate Degree was awarded to 415 students, who successfully completed two year technical programs, and 246 students received diplomas for completing one and two year vocation courses.
