Two graduates of Owen-Withee High School qualified for the Dean’s Honor Roll
during the 1977-78 Winter Quarter at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
John D. Mertens, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Mertens, Division Street, Withee,
attained high honors in electronic communication engineering technology.
David A. Schneider, son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Schneider, 6097 W. North Street,
Owen, attained high honors in industrial management.
To be named to the Dean’s Honor Roll at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, a
student must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 out of a possible
4.0.
