Fecker, Harry (20 Oct 1909 – 1 Dec 1973)

Services were held Tuesday, December 4, 1973 at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, Abbotsford, for Harry Fecker. The Rev. Emil Hodnik officiated at the 10:30 a.m. service. Interment was made in St. Mary’s Cemetery at Colby.

Mr. Fecker, 64, died at his home in Abbotsford, Saturday, December 1, 1973, at 5 a.m. He was born October 20, 1909 in Manitowoc County. The family moved to the town of Hull when he was two years old. He received his education in Colby schools. Mr. Fecker farmed in the town of Hull and was also employed by Marathon Cheese Company, Marathon. He moved to Abbotsford three years ago.

Surviving are three brothers, John of Abbotsford, Ervin of Oshkosh and Clarence of Colby, and a sister, Mrs. Ervin (Leona) Schimke of New London.

Pallbearers were Gary, Gene and George Fecker, John Witt, Lee Hart, and Norm Guetschow.

Polnaszek Funeral Home, Abbotsford, was in charge of arrangements.
