Schultz, Nancy Helen (27 August 1983)

Miss Nancy Helen Schultz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Schultz of Route 1, Stratford, was given in marriage by her father August 27 to Edward James Kulas, son of Mrs. Darrell Sossaman, Abbotsford, and the late Theodore Kulas. Mr. Sossaman is his stepfather.

The Rev. Raymond J. Pedretti officiated at the ceremony at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Colby. Judy Altmann was soloist, Paul Drexler, guitarist; and Sister Marie Louise, organist.

The bride had a Queen Anne gown of organza and chantilly lace with matching hat and fingertip veil. In her bouquet were orchids, Chrysanthemums, roses and bay's breath.

Miss Doreen Weber of Route 43, Marshfield, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Donna Weber of Marshfield, Mrs. Tom Kunze of Unity, Mrs. Charles Schultz of Stratford and Miss Jackie Kulas, Abbotsford. Each had a frosty rose blouson knit gown with matching derby complemented with fingertip veil. In their bouquets were daisies, tea roses, almond shells and baby's breath.

Tom Kunze of Unity was best man. Groomsmen were Philip Kunze of Colby, Bryan Gumz of Medford and Charles and Peter Schultz of Stratford. Ushering were Tom Schultz of Stratford and Richard Kunze, Colby, and junior ushers were Philip Schultz, Abbotsford, and Travis Schroeder, Marshfield.

The reception and dance were at Kraus Hall, Rozellville, where the meal was served at St. Andrew's Hall. After a northern Wisconsin honeymoon, the Kulases will live at 302 E. Linden St., Abbotsford.

The bride graduated from Stratford High School and in 1979 from Mid-State Technical Institute-Stevens Point. She is a Licensed practical nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

Her husband, an Abbotsford High School graduate, served in the U.S. Army in Germany for two years and is a mechanic for Abbotsford Oil.
