Living at 738 S. Gammon Road in Madison following a wedding tip to Colorado and New Mexico are newlyweds of July 30 -- Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Patrick Curran.

The former Constance Jean Winter, Mount Horeb, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Winter, Route 1, Granton, was given in marriage by her parents to the son of Mrs. Kathleen Cummings and Patrick Curran, both of Berlin, Wisconsin.

The Rev. Richard Larson of Bethel Lutheran Church, Madison, officiated at the outdoor wedding at Quivey's Grove, Madison, which was followed by a reception outdoors. Linda Kanthack of Wausau provided nuptial music.

The bride had a white Victorian gown of fabric and schiffli lace, a matching hat and a cascading bouquet of alstermeria, mini-carnations and baby's breath.

Her aides, Miss Sharon Houg of Pine City, Minnesota, maid of honor, and Miss Marcia Winter, Menomonie, Bridesmaid, had dusty rose chiffon street-length frocks, wreaths for their heads and bouquets of mini-carnations, daisies and baby's breath.

Melissa Curran of Milwaukee and Jennifer Raterman of Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, were flower girls.

Best man was Mike Raterman, Gibsonia, Pennsylvania; groomsman was Kevin Winter, Granton.

The bride graduated in 1978 from Granton High School and in 1982 from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Menomonie. She teaches high school home economics at Mount Horeb. Her husband, a 1972 graduate of Berlin High School, received his business degree in 1980 from the UW-Madison. He is a supervisor for Warman International of Madison.
