Mr. and Mrs. Ray Nevala and Mrs. Mary Reinertson, Owen, received word of the
death of their niece, Kathy Snyder of Milwaukee. Miss Snyder drowned while on a
trip to Missouri with a skin diving group. She was the daughter of Mrs. Martha
Snyder and the late Pat Snyder of Milwaukee. Her father and grandfather, the
late Judge Snyder, were former Thorp residents many years ago. Funeral services
were held in Milwaukee at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 16.
