Przybylski, John (10 May 1905 – 02 Mar 1974)

John Przybylski, 68, died at the Gilman Nursing Home on Saturday. Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 5 at S.S. Peter and Paul Church, Gilman, with Father Frederick in Gilman.

John was born May 10, 1905 at Thorp. He grew up in the Thorp area, and then moved to the Gilman area and farmed for many years. He was also employed as a cheese maker for a time, and then operated a tavern with his sister that was located west of Gilman for many years. He has been a patient at the Gilman Nursing Home since 1963.

Przybylski, John (10 May 1905 – 9 Mar 1974)

Funeral services were held Tuesday morning, March 12, 1974 at S.S. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Gilman, for John Przybylski, 68 years old Gilman resident who died Saturday at the Gilman Nursing Home, where he had resided since 1963. Rev. Frederick Brost officiated, and burial took place in Meadowbrook Cemetery.

The body laid in state at the Gilman Nursing Home.

Serving as pallbearers were Eugene, Leonard, Bernard and Leon Przybylski, and Leon and Francis Andruszkiewicz.

Mr. Przybylski was born May 10, 1905 at Thorp, and spent his childhood there. Later he moved to the Gilman area, where he farmed for many years. He was employed as a cheese maker and then he and his sister operated a tavern located west of Gilman for many years.

Surviving are two brothers, Julian of Gilman and Ed of Thorp, and one sister, Wanda, Mrs. Leon Andruszkiewicz of Gilman.

Two brothers preceded him in death.
