The Production Credit Association of Neillsville announce this week that Delbert L. Wacker has joined the PCA staff at its Thorp Branch Office.

The new Farm Loan Officer at the PCA office was born and raised on a farm near Sparta, Wisconsin. After graduating from Sparta High School in 1966 he entered the University of Wisconsin, River Falls and graduated in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Economics. For the past two years he has been employed as the Assistant County Supervisor for the Farmers Home Administration at Mauston, Wisconsin.

E. J. Steiger, General Manager of the PCA home office in Neillsville, stated that Mr. Wacker began is duties on August 1, 1973 and will be training to assist Branch Manager Bruce Wickman. Mr. Wacker and his wife Jean recently moved to thorp and are residing at 402 E. Main.
