Wegner, Scott – Badger Boys State (1979)
While attending Badger Boys State on the Ripon College Campus, Scott Wegner, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Wegner, Neillsville, was appointed to the civil service
commission.
Seven Boys Staters from a “civil service school,” with the highest scores on an
exam, were certified to the governor of Badger Boys State, who then chose five
of them for the commission.
Scott was sponsored by the Neillsville American Legion post.
