Henry Niemann and Jerzy Bilski, the U.S. Army Representatives from Clark and Jackson Counties, are proud to announce the Robert F. Rubisch, 18, son of Ardis Rubisch, 105 E. Rusch Street, Thorp, enlisted in the Army’s 180 Day Delay Entry Program. Robert will start active duty the August 16, 1973, for his choice of schooling, which was the Administrative field. Upon completion of Basic Training and his schooling, Robert will be assigned in the 32nd Air Defense Command, Europe, which was also guaranteed to him.

Robert will be a graduate of Thorp High School in May of this year.
