Wendy Awe and Janet Brehm have been selected as co-Valedictorians of Colby High School, it was announced today. Sheila Nacker has been chosen as Salutatorian.

Wendy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Royal Awe, 111 S. Second St., Colby, has been active in a number of school activities, including the school publications, French Club, Youth for Understanding, band, forensics, national Honor Society, Library Council, Masquers and GAA. She plans to attend the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire and major in journalism.

Janet, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Brehm, 307 S. Second St., was active I band, school publicans, GAA, National Honor Society, pep Club, Library Council, French Club and Masquers. She plans to attend the University of Wisconsin, Marathon County Campus, Wausau, where she will major in Bacteriology.

Sheila is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Nacker, Route 1, Colby. Her activities included GAA, Future Homemakers of America, Library Council and Youth for Understanding. She will also attend the University of Wisconsin, Marathon County Campus, although she is yet undecided on a major.
