Army Private, Robert W. Flink, 24, son of Mr. and Mrs. Conrad A. Flink, Colby,
Wis., recently completed eight weeks of basic training at the U.S. Army Training
Center, Infantry. Ft. Polk, Louisiana.
He received instruction in drill and ceremonies, weapons, map reading, combat
tactics, military courtesy, military justice, first aid, and Army history and
traditions.
Pvt. Flink is a 1975 graduate of Colby High School.
