Wilding, Emma (99th – 1 November 1977)
Many friends and relatives helped Mrs. Emma Wilding celebrate her 99th birthday
at Memorial Home, Tuesday, November 1. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Maach and Vera
Bohnsack, Lake Mills, spent the day with their aunt, Mrs. Wilding and her
daughter, Mrs. Ralph Alstot. Mrs. Alstot, one of the nurses aids made her
birthday cake which was served to the guests with ice cream. She has been a
resident at the home for eight years and has made many friends there. She and
Mr. Wilding were former Shortville residents. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Reinart and
family visited her grandmother, Tuesday evening in honor of her birthday.
