Greenwood H. S. Class of 1957 (20 Yr. Reunion – 20 August 1977)

The Greenwood High School Class of 1957 held their 20 year reunion on Saturday, August 20, at the American Legion Hall, Loyal. The evening began with a social hour at 7:00 and dinner at 8:00 with Arlyn Turnquist saying grace.

Master of Ceremonies for the evening was Dick Bergemann. A minute of silence was held for the deceased members of the class, Yvonne (Abel) Rondorf, and David Hohl. Prizes were awarded to the first to reply, Kathryn (Brux) Horton; newest baby Dick Bergemann; longest distance, Nancy (Pastor) Hindman; most recently married, Janet (Rondorf) Krueser; married the longest, Yvonne (Jackson) Kirn; and the largest family, LaVerne Gregorich.

The committee for the reunion included Arlyn Turnquist, Allen Fravert, Patricia (Lindner) Christie, Joanne (Jackson) Wickham and Helen (Stewart) Rohde. The committee for the 25 year reunion are Frances (Koschak) Ternus, Kathryn (Brux) Horton and Eileen (Schwarze) Krapf.
