Fr. Alexander Frazer, pastor of St. Katherine’s Episcopal Church, Owen, since
October of 1968, has accepted a call to St. John’s Newfoundland, Canada. The
Frasers will transfer into the Anglican Church of Canada and will have a parish
of 400 families. He will be serving under Archbishop Seaborn.
Fr. and Mrs. Frazer and daughter, Mary Beth, will leave Owen Friday to spend a
couple of days in Medford and Eau Claire prior to leaving Tuesday morning for
Middletown, Conn. for a two week visit with their family. Fr. Fraser will serve
Christ of the Epiphany from July 15th to August 25th, leaving there to accept
their new call.
