Neillsville Bank Board of Directors (1977)
Mrs. Janet Pree of Excelsior, Mn., was elected to the board of directors of the Neillsville Bank at its annual meeting of stockholders last week.
Mrs. Pree is a daughter of the late Herman North, long-time president of the bank, and a sister of Mrs. Delbert C. Struble of Neillsville. She succeeds her uncle, Gus North of Neillsville, on the board.
Reelected to positions on the board were, Dr. E.H. Brekke, William A. Campman, Elton F. Imig, Walter E. Ollech and Delbert C. Struble, all of Neillsville and John D. Wuethrich of Greenwood.
All officers were reelected, as well. They include, Struble, president and chairman of the board, Ollech, vice President; Eileen Zank, Cashier; Gordon Vine, Agricultural officer; James T. Bautch, personal banking officer; and Elizabeth Wilsman and Betty E. Zerbel, assistant cashiers.
In a report to stockholders, it was revealed that the Neillsville Bank deposits had increased 20.68 percent, and interest paid to depositors increased 13.85 percent during the year. Total assets increased in a five-year span from $13,7 million to $27 million at the close of 1976.
The bank also operates branches at Humbird and Fairchild.
