Karczeuski, Marcia (13 November 1976)

Marriage vows were exchanged Saturday, November 13, at Calvary Lutheran Church by Marcia Karczeuski and Arlan Hinklemann. The Rev. Ronald Nordin officiated at the 4:30 p.m. candlelight ceremony, which was followed by a dinner and dance at Marshfield Holiday Inn.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Karczeuski, Rt. 2 Neillsville, and Mr. and Mrs. Arden Hinklemann, Neillsville.

The bride created her own traditional white wedding gown adorned with pearls and sequins and styled with a satin skirt, lace-covered bodice, lace sleeves and long, lace train attached by a satin ribbon. White maribou trimmed on neckline, sleeves and hemline. A pearl crown held her pearl and sequin-embellished fingertip veil. She carried a bouquet of Cattleya orchid with stephanotis and lilies-of-the valley as she was presented in marriage by her father.

Bridal attendants included Miss Annette Hinklemann, Neillsville, as maid of honor and Mrs. Randy Gault and Miss Sally Zilk, Neillsville, and Mrs. Joseph Bertz, Green Bay, as bridesmaids. Their wine-colored poly-knit slip dresses were complimented by hooded coats featuring maribou hood and sleeve trim. Each held a white maribou muff accented by a silk rose.

The groom was attended by Gary Garbisch of Milwaukee as bestman and by Terry Marty, Paul Erpenbach and Randy Gault, all of Neillsville, as groomsmen. Guests were seated by Michael Karczeuski and Steve Dux.

Special musical selections were “Colour My World” and “Wedding Prayer.” Mrs. Kendall Smith was the organist and Lynn Corey, the flutist. The vocalist was Mrs. Dennis Schwenke.

The new Mrs. Hinkelmann graduated from Neillsville High School in 1976; her husband graduated from the same school in 1971. They are both employed locally and will live on Rt. 1 Neillsville. A wedding trip is planned for a later date.
