Danielson, Susanna (8 Jan 1860 – 1 Mar 1922)

Word was received in Rock Island of the death of Mrs. Christ Danielson, formerly a resident of Rock Island for 13 years, in her home on a farm near Owen, Wisconsin. Her death occurred last Wednesday, after a two days’ illness. Mrs. Danielson was well known to many Rock Island people.

She was born in County Donegal, Ireland, January 8, 1860, and came to this country at the age of 20 years. She was married September 4, 1888 to Christ Danielson in Milan. She moved to northern Wisconsin in 1908 and has since resided there. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors.

Surviving are the husband, two daughters, Mrs. Emil Matthias and Mrs. William Hingiss.; three sisters, four brothers and five grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at the home Saturday afternoon and burial was in Riverside Cemetery, near Owen.
