Laube, Mary Kaye and Purkapile, Robert Daniel

Mr. and Mrs. Harold Laube of Owen announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Kaye, to Robert Daniel Purkapile, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Purkapile, Thorp. Miss Laube graduated in 1979 from Owen-Withee High School, majoring in nursing at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She is employed at Victory Memorial Hospital, Stanley. Her fiance, a 1976 Thorp High School graduate, spent four years in the U.S. Marine Corps, receiving his honorable discharge October 6. He is a psychiatric technician at Clark County Health Care Center, Owen. Their wedding date is August 6.
