Greenwood Group installs Officers

GREENWOOD -- Brenda Turnquist was installed as president of the American Lutheran Church Women of Our Savior's Lutheran Church.

Others installed were Olive Dyre, vice president; Melva Hendrickson, secretary; Helen Axelson, treasurer; Evelyn Turnquist, stewardship secretary, and Judy Braun, education secretary.

Committee chairman named were Nancy Stangel, wedding; Carol Janke and Carolyn Kochel, sunshine; Irene Thompson, cradle roll; Olive Dyre, publicity; Lois Johnson, historian; Sue Fox and Carol Jaenke, kitchen and Peggy Friske and Melva Eckdahl, nominations.

The Rev. Sam Kochel installed the officers. Chris Sautebin led devotions. The ALCW convention will be April 19 at Our Savior's Church.
