Raether, Robert A. (27 October 1944- 2019) With Flag
Robert A. Raether, 75, of Stanley, passed away on December 31, 2019 at Sacred
Heart Hospital In Eau Claire.
Robert was born on October 27, 1944 to the late Raymond and Alice (Thorson) in
Thorp. Bob graduated from Thorp High School and went on to serve in his country
in the Army.
Survivors include his children Michelle Raether, Stephen Raether, and Raymond
Raether, his siblings, Marlene Duce of Stanley, Romona Fleck of Hudson, Tammy
(Richard) Briggs of Sturgeon Bay, James (Marie) Raether of Stanley, and Bruce
(Karen) Raether of Marathon.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A private service will be held. Plombon Funeral Home assisted the family with
arrangements.
