Pretsch, Richard R. (1925? - 5 January 2003) With Flag
Richard R. Pretsch, age 78, of Neillsville passed away on Sunday, Jan. 5, at the
Memorial Nursing Home in Neillsville.
As a young boy he worked on a farm until entering the U.S. Army for two years.
After his discharge, he farmed in the Shortville area. He then moved to Chicago,
IL and worked for A.B. Dick. He married Irma Bakka in 1960. He returned to
Neillsville to retire.
Richard is survived by three brothers, Walter of West Bend, Earl of Neillsville
and Jerry of Stratford and three sisters, Esther (Harry) King, and Arlene
(Donald) Jelinek both of Neillsville and Marie (Ardell) Cardarella of West Bend.
There will be private family graveside services held at a later date.
The Cremation Society of Wisconsin is serving the family.
