Reeves, Harold E. (18 May 1899 - 9 January 1982)

ABBOTSFORD - Harold E. Reeves, 82, Abbotsford, died Saturday at his apartment.

Services will be Tuesday at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Emil B. Hodnik, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Abbotsford Public Cemetery. Friends may call at the Maurina Funeral Home in Abbotsford.

Mr. Reeves was born May 18, 1899 at Colby, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Reeves. He worked as a barber in Colby and also had operated a barbershop in Abbotsford, retiring in 1960. He had lived in Abbotsford the past 44 years.

He married the former Rosalie Hoppa June 1, 1921 at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Milan. She died February 2, 1974. They had celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1971.

He was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church.

Survivors include two sons, Gerry, New Brighton, and Ronald, Madison; a sister, Mrs. Neva Harry, Colby: four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by two brothers.
