Stieglitz Reads 1,000 Minutes
On July 27, Eva Stieglitz became the first student to complete the Loyal Public Library’s “1,000 Minutes to Happiness” summer reading program. There’s still time for Loyal students to join the program, which goes through Sept. 1, Students ages zero to 17 can take part in the “1,000 Minutes” program, while ages 13 to 17 can participate in “100 Books Before College,” with rewards given for 30, 60 and 100 books.
