Woita & Associates Opens New Office in Downtown Thorp (28 July 2015)

The red ribbon and ceremonial scissors were out once more on Tuesday, July 28, as community members, city and county officials, and members of the Thorp Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) came out for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for Woita & Associates Business and Retirement Planning.

As a large crowd gathered outside the new business’s office at 206 N. Washington Street in Thorp, Sheila Nyberg, Director of the Clark County Economic Development Corporation gave a welcoming speech.

“We love coming here to Thorp,” Nyberg exclaimed. “It means we have even more ribbon-cuttings!”

“It’s great to see someone new make an investment in the Thorp community,” Nyberg added before turning to Woita & Associates partner, Justin Zoromski. “We’re glad you chose Clark County. Congratulations, Justin!”

City administrator of Thorp, Randy Reeg, then took the podium to not only congratulate and welcome the new business into Thorp, but to also express great admiration of Zoromski.

“Just a few years ago, Justin was a recent grad who started to get involved in [the TACC]. And we saw a lot of ambition in him. And here we are, a few years later, and nobody has worked more to make Thorp thrive than Justin.”

After newly appointed Clark County Board representative Dean Zank expressed his gratitude for a new business to keep Clark County moving forward, Zoromski stepped into the spotlight to address the large crowd that had gathered in front of his new office.

“I’m very excited to be planted in the heart of Thorp, right here on our main street,” Zoromski commented. “Special thanks to the partners of the firm. I’m a part of a great team.”

After cutting the ribbon with McKayla LaVick by his side and members of the TACC proudly behind him, Justin Zoromski welcomed the crowd to come to the tour the office and see the kinds of technology that Woita & Associates provides in their business and retirement planning.
