Lindquist, Kenneth E. (1906 - 8 September 1981)

THORP -- Kenneth E. Lindquist, 75, died Tuesday at his home in Thorp,

Services will be Thursday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, both in Stanley. Friends may call at Thorp Funeral Home.

Mr. Lindquist was born in Thorp and married Lilas Aslakson in 1936. He was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and worked for the state Highway Department in Eau Claire until 1943. He then moved to Thorp to become an implement dealer

Survivors include his wife; two sons, John and Don, both of Thorp; two daughters, Nancy Teclaw of Illinois and Ingrid Hallanger of Thorp; and 11 grandchildren.
